880 Glenwood - New Construction
This Induction lighting case study consisted of EMA installing 124 - 80W Induction lamps after 175W Metal halide fixtures were specified for the job. The Induction lamps reduced their annual energy consumption by over 120,000 KWH, which, in turn, reduced their energy bills by over $12,000 per year over the proposed HID fixtures.
EMA's Induction fixtures carry a 100,000 hour rated life further saving ongoing maintenance costs. The fixtures run 24 hours per day and will not have to be relamped for 12 years! In addition, this change reduced their CO2 output by over 102 tons.
The payback on this lighting project was .78 years. Images coming soon.
